Balasore: The death toll in the train accident incident at Bahanaga in Balasore district has risen to 233 and is likely to increase further as rescue teams continue to search for people among the wreckage. Chief Secretary Pradeep Kumar Jena tweeted the death toll.
Meanwhile, the number of injuries has also risen to more than nine hundred. The injured people are being treated at Balasore DHH, Balasore Medical College, Bhadrak DHH, Basudevpur, Khantapada, Soro Hospital, Cuttack SCB Medical College and other hospitals.
