Ghatagaon Tarini Temple To Be Transformed Within Six Months: 5T Secretary V K Pandian

Ghatagaon: 5T Secretary V K Pandian, who is on a two-day visit to Keonjhar district, today went to the famous Tarini Temple at Ghatagaon and took stock of the various issues there. After darshan of the deity, during his interaction with the temple servitors and common people, Pandian has assured them that the Tarini Temple will be transformed as the other temples of Odisha like the Sri Mandira, Lingaraj temple, Samaleswari temple and the Taratarini temple. He said that the transformation will be completed within six months of the beginning of work and sought everybody’s cooperation in this regard.

After arriving at Ghatagaon and having darshan of Maa Tarini, V K Pandian interacted with the common people on the various issues and took grievances. He said that the transformation of temples needs the cooperation of common people as it involves improving the communication, infrastructure and other facilities and hoped that at Ghatagaon also people will wholeheartedly come forward for the development of the Tarini Temple. He assured the people and servitors that the transformation will be completed within six months. The Chief Minister will soon approve the money required for this, he said. He also said that the Gundicha Ghagi Waterfall will also be developed.

The 5T Secretary interacted with common people at the Ghatagaon Mini Stadium and listened to their grievances. He assured them that if there are any agriculture and irrigation related grievances, they will be looked after immediately. He said that the people will receive the good news regarding development of various religious places in a week’s time.

During his visit to various places today, Pandian has said that all the High Schools and Colleges of the district will be transformed under the 5T Initiatives. The students will be reading in the smart classrooms in six months, he said.
