CM Grieves Death of Five Persons in Rayagada Culvert Mishap, Announces Rs 4 Lakh Ex-Gratia

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has expressed his profound grief over the death of five persons including four children following the collapse of an under-construction culvert in Kalyansinghpur block of Rayagada district.

The Chief Minister announced ex-gratia of Rs 4 lakh to each to the next kin of the deceased.

The CM also ordered strict action against the employees responsible for the mishap.
