Berhampur: Taking a stride towards customer-centricity, TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL), a joint venture between Tata Power and the Government of Odisha, on Thursday inaugurated its Grievance Redressal Forum (GRF) in Bhanjanagar in Ganjam district.
The GRF has been inaugurated in the presence of Suresh Chandra Mahapatra, Chairperson of the Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission (OERC), Amit Garg, CEO of TPSODL, other members and senior officials of OERC and TPSODL.
The GRF strengthens TPSODL’s commitment to elevating customer satisfaction and efficient grievance resolution. It empowers consumers to voice their concerns and ensures transparent and timely redressal of electricity supply issues.
The Bhanjanagar GRF is the third GRF of its kind and is a significant step by TPSODL to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve their concerns effectively.
