Narahari Sethy Appointed as Collector of Cuttack Dist

Bhubaneswar: OAS officer Narahari Sethy has been appointed as the Collector and District Magistrate, Cuttack.

He will replace Dr. Bhabani Shankar Chayani.

“Dr. Bhabani Shankar Chayani, OAS(SS), Collector & District Magistrate, Cuttack is transferred and posted as Director Higher Education vice Narahari Sethy, OAS(SAG) transferred”, according to a notification issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department.

“Narahari Sethy, OAS(SAG), Director, Higher Education is transferred and posted as Collector & District Magistrate, Cuttack vice Dr Bhabani Shankar Chayani, OAS(SS) transferred”, it stated.

ln exercise of the powers conferred under section 20(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (Act ll of 1974), the State Government do hereby appoint Narahari Sethy, OAS(SAG) as the District Magistrate in the district of Cuttack, the notification added.
