482 Post Graduate Teachers To Receive Appointment Letters Today

Bhubaneswar: Bringing new opportunities for the youth and as a part of the efforts to further strengthen the school education in State, 482 newly appointed Post Graduate Teachers will receive their appointment letters today. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will hand over the Appointment Letters to the newly recruited teachers at a function to be held at the Convention Centre, Lokaseva Bhavan. The new teachers will be posted in the fully aided Higher Secondary Schools of the state spread across the districts.

The State Government has been giving utmost priority to fill the vacancy of teachers to enhance the quality of education in the state. As part of this, the recruitment process has been expedited to meet the shortage of teachers in all the schools. Recently, 4,166 newly appointed teachers had joined various government schools in the state.
