Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s Acting Director General of Police (DGP) Arun Kumar Sarangi and other senior police officers on Monday greeted Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on the occasion of New Year.
Sarangi, along with other senior police officers, met the Chief Minister to extend New Year greetings.
Notably, Sarangi took charge as in-charge DGP from Sunil Kumar Bansal who retired as the police chief on December 31.
Sarangi will remain as the acting DGP till the joining of a regular DGP.
