Bhubaneswar: IAS officer Arindam Dakua has been appointed as Private Secretary to Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.
Dakua is currently serving as the District Collector of Cuttack.
Similarly, Jagatsinghpur Collector Anupam Shah has been appointed as Additional Secretary to the Chief Minister, according to a press release issued by the CMO.
