Bhubaneswar: Australia High Commissioner Barry O’Farrel AO today praised Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik for sponsoring Indian hockey teams.
In a virtual meeting with the Chief Minister, the Australia High Commissioner highly appreciated the Odisha’s role for promoting hockey in the country.
The Odisha CM discussed about strengthening Odisha’s relations with Australia in various areas of development.
It was revealed in the meeting that there is a wide scope for cooperation in the fields of trade and technology between India and Australia. In addition, the use of skilled human resources in Odisha was also discussed.
