Baripada Municipality City Mission Manager Arrested for Taking Bribe from Mission Shakti Group

Bhubaneswar: The City Mission Manager of Baripada Municipality has been arrested for allegedly demanding and taking bribe from a Mission Shakti group that manages the Aahar Kendra.

A discreet enquiry was conducted against the City Manager following the allegation of demanding bribe from the Mission Shakti group for giving work order.

On the basis of the discreet enquiry, an FIR has been lodged at Baripada police station and the consultant has been arrested and remanded to custody, official sources said.
