Big Jolt To Pradeep Panigrahi As Supreme Court Overturns Order Passed By Orissa High Court

Bhubaneswar: In a big jolt to Gopalpur MLA Pradeep Panigrahi, the Supreme Court of India has overturned the order passed by Orissa High Court that squashed the Lokayukta’s order for a Vigilance investigation against the MLA.

The Odisha Lokayukta had challenged the High Court order in the apex court through a special leave petition.
