Bargarh: The Biju Janata Dal has registered thumping win in the Atabira Notified Area Council elections. Its candidates have won 11 of the 12 wards. The elections were held on the 3rd of this month and the counting was held today. The Congress has won one seat. BJD’s Banamali Bariha has won the Chairman post by defeating the Congress candidate.
