Bhubaneswar: A 57 per cent voter turnout was recorded till 3 pm in the by-poll to the Brajrajnagar Assembly constituency in Jharsuguda district, according to the State Election Commission.
The voting began at 7 am.
A total of 2, 14,878 voters are eligible to cast their votes to decide the fate of the 11 contesting candidates in the by-election.
