Budget Session: Assembly Adjourned For The Day After Paying Tributes To Departed Members

Bhubaneswar: The Budget Session of the Odisha Assembly began today with the members paying tributes to the departed members. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik moved a condolence motion in the House on the demise of former minister Naba Kishore Das. Tributes were also paid to deceased members late Gangadhar Das and late Arjun Charan Das. All the parties supported the Condolence Motion and offered a one-minute silent prayer for the bereaved members. The Speaker adjourned the House for the day.
