Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik met Governor Prof. Ganeshi Lal here on Thursday.
The Chief Minister has thanked Prof. Prof. Ganeshi Lal for his service to the State. The CM also conveyed his best wishes to the outgoing Governor.
Prof. Lal is leaving Odisha tomorrow. His tenure as the Governor of Odisha has ended.
Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das will replace Prof. Lal as Governor of Odisha.
The newly appointed Governor is likely to take oath on Oct 31, as per sources.
