Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has expressed grief over the death of senior Biju Janata Dal member and Padampur MLA Bijay Ranjan Singh Bariha. In a message, Naveen has said that, the welfare works done by Bijay Ranjan Singh Bariha as a representative of the people will always be remembered. He also conveyed his condolences to the bereaved family members and prayed for the departed soul.
