CM Naveen to Flag Off Cyber Safety Raths as Part of Cyber Safety Campaign 2023 Today
Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will today inaugurate the Cyber Safety Campaign 2023 and flag off Cyber Safety Raths. The Raths will roll out at the special program being organized at the Kalinga Stadium at 5 PM today. As part of the campaign the Cyber Safety Raths will visit across the state and touch all Block Headquarters and Police Stations in the next two weeks. They will disseminate cyber safety awareness messages among the masses through audio, visual and print presentations. The Cyber Safety Raths would accompany Professionals who will spread the messages about Cyber Safety. Thirty four Raths will visit across all the districts and various programs will be organized in more than 600 police station limits.
Odisha Police’s Cyber Safety Campaign -2023 will address the growing threat of cybercrime. This campaign will strive to create awareness and educate citizens about the various facets of cybercrime. A curtain riser of the Campaign was held Thursday in Bhubaneswar. The event saw the esteemed presence of the Director General of Police (DGP) Odisha Sunil Kumar Bansal and Arun Kumar Bothra Addl DGP Crime Branch, Odisha who launched a Logo – a unique emblem symbolizing the essence of cyber safety and security. A mascot is an engaging character representing the campaign’s spirit. A theme Song was also launched with a catchy tune designed to reinforce key cyber safety messages in a memorable way.
