Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will launch the Mo Jungle Jami Yojana today evening on the occasion of the International Day of the World’s Indigenous People today. The objective of this Yojana is to safeguard the knowledge of Indigenous people, saturation of individual and community rights and ensure protection of forest ecosystem.
Also, the Yojana will take augment measures to reduce climate change, boost sustainable livelihood practices and conversion of unsurveyed/forest villages. The Yojana will be launched at a special program to be held at the Lok Seva Bhawan.
