Dhenkanal: Another 16 students of a +2 residential college in Odisha’s Dhenkanal district have tested positive for COVID-19..
COVID test of 260 students of Saikripa Plus Two Residential College at Kunjakanta area in Dhenkanal town have been conducted by the college authorities. Reports of 33 students came positive on Wednesday and another 16 students tested positive on Thursday, according to reports.
The number of positive cases at the college surged to 53.
Meanwhile, the Dhenkanal administration has declared Kunjakanta area as containment zone for a period of 10 days as part of the preventive measures to stop the spread of the virus.
