Bhubaneswar: Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) Mayor Sulochana Das on Saturday warned of strict action against those who are not following the COVID appropriate behavior.
The BMC Mayor said that currently people are being advised to wear masks. If they don’t follow the advice, the BMC will be forced to take strong steps and impose fines, she said.
Stating that the rise in COVID-19 cases a matter concern, she urged the people to maintain social distancing and avoid gathering to prevent the spread of the virus.
The COVID-19 situation can be brought under control with the cooperation of all, the Mayor added.
