Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has congratulated and appreciated the NDRF team that rescued ten people from a capsized boat in Erasama last night. The people were being evacuated when the boat capsized but with the quick involvement of the BDO, the NDRF team was able to rescue them safely.
