New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday appointed Daggubati Purandeswari as the president of the party’s Andhra Pradesh State unit.
“BJP National President Jagat Prakash Nadda has appointed D. Purandeswari, Former Union minister as State President of Andhra Pradesh “, the party said in a statement.
The appointment comes into immediate effect.
Earlier, D. Purandeswari served as prabhari of Odisha BJP from 13th Nov 2020 to July 4, 2023.
