Dense Fog Affects Normal Life In Twin Cities; Less Than 50 Meters Visibility In Some Places

Bhubaneswar: People in Bhubaneswar today woke up to dense fog as visibility in some places plummeted to less than 50 meters. Normal life was out of gear as roads were not visible and movement of vehicle was affected. While the temperature is normal, due to westerly winds, foggy conditions can be seen in various costal districts.

The Indian Meteorological Department has predicted some northern and interior districts of Odisha such as Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapada, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Khordha, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Gajapati, Mayurbhanj, Anugul, Dhenkanal, and Kandamal will experience foggy conditions today. Tomorrow also, many places are likely to experience same situation. .
