Bhubaneswar: Bibhudananda Mishra, Forest Range Officer, Dhenkanal, has been arrested in a disproportionate assets case.
Earlier, Odisha Vigilance has unearthed huge assets from the possession of the Forest Range Officer during the raids at different locations linked with the forest officer.
The assets include one flat in Bhubaneswar, two flats in Hyderabad, eight plots in Bhubaneswar and Dhenkanal, one farm house worth Rs.2 crore, deposits Rs.1 crore, cash Rs.5.15 lakh, gold 557 gms, 2 four wheelers, etc.
He will be forwarded to court today, vigilance said.
