Mumbai: Actress Aneri Vajani, who is best known for her roles in shows like ‘Nisha Aur Uske Cousins’, ‘Beyhadh’ etc, is a quintessential desi diva who believes in the traditional values and cultural norms. And now on the auspicious occasion of Dussehra, the actress has a special Puja at her home.
Talking about the same, she said: “Well for me and my family, Dussehra is a very important festival and it has humongous sentimental values for us. Every year, I have a Puja at home. Also, I must say that I am socially aware as a human being and hence, I only believe in eco-friendly celebrations.”
“Our family ensures that there’s no product used during pooja that has the potential to harm the environment. I usually decorate my house with fresh flowers as the colours reflect happy and positive vibes. For me, Dussehra is about victory and the triumph of good and honesty over evil and deceit,” she said.
Aneri urged all her fans and followers to kindly follow the same principle in their lives.
“There’s genuinely no shortcut to success and honesty is indeed the best policy for a good night’s sleep at the end of the day. We all want to be clear to our conscience. I wish everyone a very Happy Dussehra. May goodness be with all of us,” she added.
Meanwhile, Aneri was last seen as the contestant in the stunt reality show ‘Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 12’. She next has a show ‘Baghin’.
