Bhubaneswar: The officials of the Election Commission of India (ECI) are scheduled to visit Odisha on September 13.
This has been informed by Odisha Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Nikunja Bihari Dhal.
The officials will hold discussions with Collectors of all districts regarding poll preparations.
The CEO further informed that Odisha has already received EVMs as per the requirements along with VVPATs for 9 districts.
The EVMs and VVPATs will be examined in the month of October, he said while adding that the process is being started for correction of voters list.
