Balasore: The Balasore Police has arrested eight more persons in connection with the OSSC question paper leak case.
The persons were arrested from different districts of Odisha.
The accused are middlemen belonging to Odisha who had contacted the candidates to supply question papers of the JE (Mains) Civil examination before the scheduled date and time of the examination, said the Balasore police said.
With this, a total of 25 people, including the mastermind of the alleged question paper leak.
Earlier, the OSSC had issued a show cause notice to 55 candidates.
Further investigation is underway, the police stated.
