Bhubaneswar: International Food Festival on millets left the food connoisseurs drooling at Food Arena of International Convention on Millets, Bhubaneswar. Gourmet recipes from different parts of the country and millet-based delicacies prepared by food influencers, bloggers and popular chefs attracted gastronomes from far and near.
The food fest hosted at the Food Arena sets a benchmark by whipping up impressive recipes with organic millets. The highlights of the event included 17 food stalls from esteemed establishments like Mayfair Hotels & Resorts, The Crown, Swosti Premium Bhubaneswar, Hotel Suryansh, and Hotel Barjorjis Banjara Balasore where food connoisseurs had the opportunity to experience cuisines of various places like Awadh, Kolkata, Andhra, Karnataka and Mediterranean region. Innovative sweets and pastries, contemporary and traditional Odia dishes were also in the display.
In addition to the scrumptious food offerings, the festival featured popular influencers and food bloggers like Dr Priyanka Brahma, Aradhana Biswal, Rohit Srivastava, Subhashree Roy, Mitali Pati, Abhijeet Pradhan adding to the success of the event. Their collective efforts aimed at highlighting the culinary extravaganza that featured a delightful array of cuisines. The event served as a platform to celebrate the diverse and sustainable world of organic millet-based cuisine.
