Governor Congratulates Newly Elected Odisha Legislative Assembly Speaker Bikram Keshari Arukha

Bhubaneswar: Governor Prof. Ganeshi Lal has congratulated newly elected Odisha Legislative Assembly Speaker Bikram Keshari Arukha.

ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବିଧାନସଭାର ନବନିର୍ବାଚିତ ବାଚସ୍ପତି ଶ୍ରୀଯୁକ୍ତ @BKArukha ଙ୍କୁ ମାନ୍ୟବର ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ଶୁଭେଚ୍ଛା ଓ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି।ଜଣେ ନିର୍ବିବାଦୀୟ ଓ ନିରପେକ୍ଷ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଭାବରେ ପଦମର୍ଯ୍ୟାଦା ରକ୍ଷା କରିବା ସହ ଗୃହ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଳିତ ଭାବେ ସୁପରିଚାଳନା କରିବେ ବୋଲି ସେ ଆଶା ରଖିଛନ୍ତି।

Bikram Keshari Arukha was elected as new Speaker of the Odisha legislative Assembly on Monday.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik proposed his name before the House for the post, which was supported by parliamentary affairs minister Niranjan Pujari.

Arukha was elected unanimously as new Speaker on a voice of votes.
