Bhubaneswar: In a significant step towards enhancing healthcare facilities in Khordha district, HDFC Bank Parivartan conducted a formal handover ceremony of 10 ECG machines at the Collector Office.
K Sudarshan Chakravarthy, Collector & DM, Khordha Dist has received the ECG machines on behalf of the State Government-run AMA Hospitals in the district.
The event was attended by esteemed dignitaries, including Dr. Raghunath Nayak, ADPHO (FW) representing CDMO; Dr. Binayak Panigrahi, Hospital Manager (DHH, Khordha); Ashok Mishra from CDMO Office, along with representatives from DHH Khordha, CSCs, and UCHCs.
Expressing his gratitude, Collector commended HDFC Bank for its appreciable gesture, recognizing the critical impact these ECG machines would have on the lives of patients in the district. This initiative is poised to significantly enhance the diagnostic capabilities of Government-run AMA hospitals, providing faster and improved medical assessments.
The 10 BPL-made ECG machines, chosen for their reliability and minimal technical issues, were handed over to the representatives from different government run hospitals in Khurda district.
The bank officials Animesh Biswal, Sourav Pradhan, Swaroop Sharma, State Manager – CSR, HDFC and Ajit Padhy Deputy Vice President facilitated the handover.
Biswal highlighted the HDFC Bank’s commitment towards social developmental activities in Odisha through its CSR efforts.
Sharma briefed about how the event was so close to the heart each team members of HDFC Bank at Bhubaneswar, besides giving a bird’s eye view about the bank’s CSR activities in different districts of Odisha.
