Jharsuguda: In a gruesome incident, five persons have lost their lives and about fifteen persons seriously injured when a bus collided with a dumper near powerhouse square on the Sambalpur-Jharsuguda Biju Expressway. All the five dead persons are said to be workers of a private steel plant and were returning after duty.
The number of deaths is expected to rise many of the injured have been admitted in hospital in a serious condition. Eight of the seriously injured have been shifted to VIMSAR Burla and others are being treated at the District Headquarter Hospital Jharsuguda.
