Jharsuguda: The Odisha Vigilance on Friday arrested a GRS (Gram Rozgar Sevak) in Jharsuguda district for taking bribe from a PMAY beneficiary.
Manoj Kumar Sahu, GRS, Kanaktora GP, Lakhanpur, Jharsuguda has been apprehended by the Vigilance sleuths while taking bribe of Rs.14,000 from a beneficiary for facilitating allotment of PMAY house as well as preparation of muster rolls for payment of his dues.
In this connection, Rourkela Vigilance PS Case has been registered. Investigation is in progress in the matter, the Vigilance stated.
