Chatrapur: Young and energetic IAS officer Keerthi Vasan V on Saturday took the charge of Project Director of Ganjam District Rural Development Agency (DRDA).
He has been appointed to the post by the State Government on June 16 in a major bureaucratic reshuffle in the IAS cadre.
He has replaced Shinde Dattatraya Bhausaheb.
Prior to this new role, Keerthi Vasan has served as Berhampur Sub-Collector. He has good reputation among the people of Ganjam district for his commitment and dedication to the duty.
Meanwhile, J Sonal has taken the charge of Commissioner of Berhampur Municipal Corporation (BeMC).
