Tokyo: Ace shuttler Krishna Nagar has won the Gold Medal at the Tokyo Paralympics 2020 in men’s singles SL6 event today. He beat Hong Kong’s Chu Man Kai 21-17, 16-21, 21-17 in the finals held today.
This is the second Gold medal for the Country in Badminton with Pramod Bhagat of Odisha bringing in the Gold medal in Men’s SL 3 event. With this, the medal tally for India at the Paralympics has gone up to 19 with five Gold, 8 Silver and six Bronze medals.
