Malkangiri to Find Place in Aviation Map of India as CM to Inaugurate Malkangiri Airport Next Month 

Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s Malkangiri district will soon find its place in the aviation map in the country as Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will inaugurate the much-awaited Malkangiri Airport next month.

It would be the biggest New Year gift of Chief Minister to the people of Malkangiri district.

The Chief Minister has a special focus towards the development Malkangiri and the Government of Odisha has taken a number of Development works in the district.

After the inauguration of the Gurupriya Setu by the Chief Minister in 2018, the erstwhile cut-off area, which is now known as Swabhiman Anchal, has witnessed rapid developments in various sectors.

The Malkangiri Airport will help in accelerating development works by enhancing the economic and commercial activities in the district. It will also put positive impacts on the economic development in the southern Odisha.
