Bhubaneswar: The Indian Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains for four northern districts of Odisha in the next 24 hours. The Department has issued Orange Warning for Bhadrak, Balasore, Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj that will receive heavy rains of up to seven to 20 CMs. Under the influence of the cyclonic circulation over North East Bay of Bengal, Sundargarh, Djenkanal, Jajpur, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur, Cuttack, Puri, Khordha, Ganjam and Gajapati districts will also receive heavy rains tomorrow and the day after.
The Met Department has also issued Orange Alert for Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Sambalpur and Deogarh districts which will receive heavy rains from 8.30 am of 24th August to 8.30 am of 25th August.
