Naveen is Using Politics as a Medium of Serving the People And People of the State Know It Well: Kartik Pandian on CM

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is using politics as a medium of serving the people and not vice-versa – he is not using public service to be in politics or to be in the CM’s post. Speaking at the India Today State of the States Conclave held at Bhubaneswar, 5T and Nabin Odisha Chairman Kartik Pandian said that people of this State have understood that Naveen is not doing politics and he is doing public service and he is in politics for public service. That is the reason seven times consecutively he has got the Most Popular Chief Minister of the country. Being in No-1 at national for so long and that to be in such a subjective field in which every angle one can be scrutinized – to maintain that No-1 brand in the country as the best and most popular chief minister is something which is because Naveen sees public service not as politics. The day he thinks that people have not appreciated his public service, he will stop politics.

Kartik Pandian said, Naveen has a democratic heart, he takes everyone’s views seriously and he gives lot of respect to the system. Naveen knows from whom what works to be done, who has what strength and people elect him to deliver. He is very clear about who will deliver what, what is the strength of his team, what is the strength of bureaucracy, how to harmonize everything, and finally he is answerable to the people. Naveen gives utmost respect and regards to all institutions which are pillars of democracy whether it is judiciary, legislature, Cabinet. We all know that CM Naveen Patnaik is not a typical politician. He won’t do politics, he will do development.
