Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Vigilance Department personnel are carrying out searches at five places on the allegation of possession of disproportionate assets by Brajendra Kumar Nayak, Ex-Civil Supplies Officer, Nayagarh (A/p under suspension). Simultaneous house searches are going on at five places in Bhubaneswar and Puri districts.
Vigilance officials including 2 DSPs, 6 Inspectors and other staff are conducting search on the strength of Search Warrants issued by the Special Judge Vigilance, Bhubaneswar. Searches are in progress.
