Cuttack: Renowned Physician and Emergency Officer of SCB Medical College and Hospital Dr Bhubanananda Maharana is no more. He breathed his last yesterday night at the SCM medical College Hospital. He was 69 years old. According to reports, he was under treatment at the Neurosurgery Department of SCB Medical after he suffered a brain stroke a few days back. Following the news, condolences poured in from various quarters. Dr. Bhubanananda played a significant role in streamlining the administrative work of SCB along with contributing to patient care. He was also referred to as the crisis manager of SCB for working very efficiently as an emergency officer.
