Bhubaneswar: Odisha Legislative Assembly has been adjudged as the number one Paperless Vidhan Sabha in the country, informed Speaker Surjya Narayan Patra on Tuesday.
The Central Government will confer the ‘Award of Excellence’ to the Odisha Assembly at a special function to be organized at Prayagraj towards the end of this month, the Speaker said.
The Assembly Secretary and two other officers will be visiting Prayagraj to receive the award.
Odisha is the only State in the country to receive the Award of Excellence, he added.
