Bhubaneswar: Ending speculations over the appointment of new Chief Secretary in Odisha, Suresh Chandra Mahapatra today got another six-months extension.
The Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India, has given a green signal to the proposal of the State Government in this regard.
The tenure of Suresh Chandra Mahapatra was to end on the 31st August. He will now continue in his post till 28th February 2023. Suresh Mahapatra had received a six-months extension earlier this year.
