Bhubaneswar: Cyber fraud worth more than Rs 2.2 crore has been reported from Bhubaneswar during March this year.
The fraudsters have duped people of Rs 2,20,17,869 from Bhubaneswar Urban Police District (UPD) during March this year, as per reports.
The cyber criminals have cheated people Rs. 1.55 crore on pretext of online trading and investment and duped Rs 65 lakh on the pretext of KYC update and through OTP link frauds.
The Bhubaneswar Cyber Crime Helpdesk registered a total of 405 complaints during the month of March this year, reports added.
