Bhubaneswar: Preparations are in full swing for the celebrations of Utkal Divas on April 1 across Odisha.
The state-level Utkal Divas celebration will be held at Utkal Mandap in the capital city at around 6 pm. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will grace the celebration as Chief Guest.
Assembly Speaker Bikram Keshari Arukha will preside over the meeting. Several Ministers, MLAs and other dignitaries will attend the sate-level celebration.
The Utkal Divas will also be celebrated in all districts of the State. It will also be celebrated in New Delhi and Kolkata, as per an official statement.
