Odisha Governor Presents President’s Medal for Distinguished Service, Police Medal for Meritorious Service and Police Medal for Gallantry

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Governor Prof. Ganeshi Lal graced the Investiture Ceremony at Lokseva Bhavan here on Saturday.

The Governor distributed President’s Medal for Distinguished Service, Police Medal for Meritorious Service and Police Medal for Gallantry to 80 Odisha Police personnel for their distinguished service which were announced on the occasions of Republic Day, 2021.

Sujata Das, DPO; Debaraj Pradhan, Chief Warder and Maheswar Behera, Warder received the Correctional Medal for Distinguished Service. D. Ramesh, Warder and Bhagban Pradhan, Warder bagged the Correctional Medal for Meritorious Service.

Minister of Home (State) Tusharkanti Behera, DGP Sunil Kumar Bansal, ADGP (Hdqrs.) Radha Kishan Sharma and other senior police officers were present on the occasion.
