Odisha Govt Approves Creation Of Academic Posts For PG Institute of Medical Education & Research And Capital Hospital

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has approved the creation of Teaching posts for the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research and Capital Hospital Bhubaneswar. The Health and Family Welfare Department has conveyed the Principal Accountant General regarding the sanction of the Governor for the creation of the teaching posts.

Reiterating its commitment to augment medical education in the state, the Odisha government had decided to convert the premiere Hospital of Bhubaneswar into a Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research. The government has also decide to start the Post Graduate Courses in 15 departments at this institute from the 2022-23 academic year.
