Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has enhanced the duty call-up allowance of home guards from Rs.423 to Rs 533 per day.
An official order has been issued by the Home (Civil Defence) Department, Government of Odisha.
Under the existing policy expenditure on duty call-up allowance is payable by the agency at whose instance the home guards are called up for duty. This order will come into force w.e.f 01.04.2023, the Home Department stated.
