Odisha Govt Revises DACP Scheme to Encourage OMHS Cadre Medical Officers

Bhubaneswar: In order to encourage the members of the Odisha Medical & Health Services (OMHS) cadre, the State Government has revised the existing DACP (the Dynamic Assured Career Progression) scheme by assuring four career progression on completion of 6 years, 12 years, 18 years and 24 years of continuous regular service.

This has been informed by the State Health and Family Welfare Department on Friday.

Earlier, three career progressions were allowed under DACP on completion of 7, 14, and 21 years.

The Health Department said that this change would bring about more commitment and dedication among the officers of medical community.
