Bhubaneswar: Hot weather and heat wave conditions are likely to prevail in some districts of Odisha till Tuesday, said the Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar on Saturday.
“Current metrological condition indicates that there will be no large change in maximum temperature (Day temperature) during next 4 days and slight fall thereafter over the districts of Odisha”, the regional metrological centre said in a press relase.
Maximum temperature is very likely to be above normal by 3-5 “C at a few places over the districts of Odisha during next 4 days.
Heat wave condition is likely to prevail at one or two places over the districts of Bargarh, Sambalpur, Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Sonepur, Bolangir, Boudh and Keonjhar till Tuesday, the metrological centre said while issuing a yellow warning to these districts.
