Odisha Krushi Bibhag to Hold Workshop to Provide Insights Sustainable Agriculture Practices

Bhubaneswar: The Department of Agriculture & Farmers’ Empowerment is holding a workshop to provide insights on sustainable agriculture practices to tackle resource degradation in the State.

The workshop will be organized on the theme “Workshop on Systems Approach to Agriculture & Pathways for Action” on January 25.

Krushi Bibhag in association with FES is organizing the workshop, which will be graced by Minister, Agriculture & FE Ranendra Pratap Swain as Chief Guest and Water Resources Minister Tukuni Sahu as Guest of Honour.

The objective of the workshop is to provide insights on sustainable agriculture practices to tackle resource degradation, implement inclusive governance mechanisms, rethink extension systems & capacity building of functionaries using technologies, informed Krushi Bibhag.
