Bhubaneswar: Over 66 per cent polling was registered for the by-election to Dhamnagar Assembly constituency in Odisha’s Bhadrak district.
The voting started at 7 a.m. under tight security at 252 polling booths and continued till 6 p.m.
The final voters’ turnout will be known after polling parties returned from the booths, as per an official.
The counting of votes will be held on November 6.
In the 2019 assembly elections, 72.64 per cent of the voters’ turnout was recorded in the constituency.
